    Are you a motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or social media? Join our team as a Business Development & Social Media Coordinator and help shape our firm’s growth strategy—both in person and across digital platforms. In this role, regular travel and dynamic engagement will connect you with new opportunities, while your marketing and social media expertise will elevate our brand’s presence and impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

    · Analyze and develop leads sourced from BuildCentral and other lead generation tools, ensuring a robust pipeline of new business prospects.

    · Develop and execute compelling content for the firm’s social media channels, maintaining a consistent, engaging, and authentic presence.

    · Create, curate, and manage marketing materials and campaigns to promote the firm’s services and achievements.

    · Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, both online and in person.

    · Travel regularly to attend meetings, events, and conferences, representing the firm and building new relationships.

    · Represent the firm at trade shows, including those requiring multi-day travel, to showcase our services and engage with industry professionals.

    · Manage and maintain CRM and sales databases, including Hubspot and ZoomInfo, to support lead generation, tracking, and reporting.

    · Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries received through Zendesk, ensuring exceptional client service and engagement.

    · Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the firm's value proposition.

    · Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.

    · Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business and marketing initiatives.

    · Track business and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    · 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or social media management.

    · Demonstrated skills in managing social media platforms, content creation, and digital engagement.

    · Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot and sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo.

    · Experience responding to client inquiries via online platforms such as Zendesk.

    · Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

    · Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    · Comfortable with frequent travel for business purposes, including multi-day trips for trade shows and events.

    · Possess a comprehensive understanding of architecture, extra low voltage (ELV) systems, information and communication technology (ICT), and construction.

    · Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    · High initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
