The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, NARI, is the only national association dedicated solely to the remodeling industry. Our industry is experiencing the highest level of activity in recent history, and it is an exciting time to join our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing value to NARI sponsors and industry partner organizations. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to support the development of sponsorship plans, help secure new sponsors, and implement strategies that will help NARI achieve our goals.
Work with the marketing team to coordinate appropriate marketing and advertising for all sponsors
Monitor the status of current sponsorships to ensure that all commitments are met by both parties.
Assist with the development of proposals aimed at securing new sponsorships
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled.
Administration and monitoring of select member benefit programs.
Manage database of potential sponsors and contact information for existing sponsors.
Support the industry partners to ensure all benefits are being utilized and promoted.
Manage and distribute reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Provide sponsors with year-end fulfillment reports and manage fulfillment of all sponsor assets.
Inform company executives about upcoming events and opportunities for exposure through sponsorship.
Coordinate with event producers to ensure that all sponsors are represented at events.
Other duties as assigned to support and provide value to our members.
You are the preferred candidate if you:
Are detailed and have the ability to manage multiple accounts at once, as well as coordinate with multiple teams and departments. Able to keep track of multiple tasks and projects is vital to the success of this role. You are always thinking about efficiency.
Have exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Possess strong problem-solving ability resolve conflicts that may arise with both internal and external stakeholders
Solution-oriented
Ability to navigate and maintain strong networks from developing relationships with potential sponsors to growing existing relationships and spearheading new working relationships.
Have a strong business acumen and can represent NARI well in all dealings with sponsors.
Have strong communication skills and are comfortable speaking on the phone, over Zoom, and through written communication, conveying information clearly and concisely.
Understand the importance of providing exemplary customer service, both internally and externally.
Are proficient in MS Office products.

Have a post-secondary degree or equivalent education. Experience in sponsorship, marketing, or communications is a plus.
Additional duties and responsibilities
Represent NARI in a professional manner with both external and internal clients.
Adhere to all department and organizational policies and procedures.
Attend various meetings and events as deemed necessary by management.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor and department head, including but not limited to general administrative tasks.
Exercise confidentiality when dealing with NARI business and NARI clients.
Protect the privacy of NARI’s audience in accordance with any NARI privacy policies.
Embrace and promote NARI’s vision and core values.
New employees are required to be in office, five days a week, for the first six months of their employment. Then, one work from home day is allotted per week.
The salary offered for this position is $55-60k annually.
