    Position Summary

    The Business Development Associate will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the security guard industry. This position is ideal for someone who is self-driven, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term vision for growth and community impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Growth & Client Acquisition

    Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.

    Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients through networking, meetings, and presentations.

    Develop proposals and participate in contract negotiations.

    Relationship Management & Alliance Building

    Collaborate with clients, community leaders, and strategic partners to build alliances.

    Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through responsive communication and authentic interactions.

    Industry Expertise

    Develop and maintain knowledge of security industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor activities.

    Position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients by offering tailored security solutions.

    Community Engagement & Brand Growth

    Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and professional associations.

    Help strengthen the company’s reputation as a trusted community partner.

    Accountability & Standards

    Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

    Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in all business dealings.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred but not required).

    1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (security industry experience is a plus).

    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
