    Teamwork Therapies is a mission-driven provider of therapy services to school districts across California along with clinics in Bay Area and Central Valley CA. We specialize in placing Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and related professionals in K-12 settings. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and build long-term partnerships with schools.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Business Development Associate to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with school districts and special education departments. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with our recruitment team, and ensuring smooth placement of therapists in school settings.

    Responsibilities

    Proactively identify and engage with school districts and charter schools across California (or designated territory).

    Build strong relationships with special education directors and administrative leaders.

    Understand client needs, timelines, and budgets to deliver customized staffing solutions.

    Work with recruiting and clinical teams to present qualified therapists to schools.

    Prepare service proposals, negotiate contracts, and close placement deals.

    Ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction during and after placements.

    Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and contribute to ongoing revenue growth.

    Stay updated on credentialing, compliance, and education-related policies.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or staffing—preferably in education, healthcare, or school-based services.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

    Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client accounts.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

    Familiarity with special education, IDEA, and IEP processes is a plus.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
