    Role Overview:

    XIT Solutions is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate - HP Inc. Technology Partnerships to play a pivotal role in advancing our strategic relationship with HP Inc., a global leader in technology innovation. This role will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities, strengthening our partnerships with HP's channel and distribution teams, and supporting the XIT sales organization to ensure the success of our customers. If you are passionate about technology, highly detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic environment, this position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry-leading professionals at HP Inc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Engagement with HP Inc.: Develop an in-depth understanding of HP's product offerings, programs, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate closely with HP's channel and distribution partners to align goals and drive mutual success.
    • Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with HP's sales teams, XIT Solutions' distribution partners, and potential customers.
    • Sales Team Support: Provide proactive support to the XIT sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools, product knowledge, and program insights to succeed with HP solutions.
    • Customer Success Enablement: Act as a liaison between HP Inc., our distribution partners, and end customers to deliver outstanding service and maximize the impact of our technology solutions.
    • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead group meetings and collaborative sessions with both internal teams and external partners to share insights, drive initiatives, and celebrate successes.

    Qualifications:

    • Completion or near completion of a Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a technology or partner-focused role.
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent presentation skills and a passion for technology.
    • Motivated, self-driven, and eager to work in a hybrid environment, supporting both in-office collaboration and occasional travel.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as NetSuite, SmartSheets, Co-Pilot, and Microsoft 365.
    • A strong desire to learn about and work closely with innovative technology solutions.

    Work Environment:

    We operate in a hybrid model. You'll spend an average of four days per week in our Bakersfield office. You'll also participate in light travel and customer visits to foster deeper relationships and support our partners.
