This is not a traditional sales role.....
You’ll sit at the intersection of business development, client experience, and project execution within the world of luxury residential technology — working alongside and supporting Senior Account Executives, designers, and project managers to deliver high-touch, high-performance smart home environments.
You’ll gain exposure to:

· Leading architects, interior designers, and builders
· Cutting-edge smart home, lighting, and automation systems
👉 Our ideal hire is a polished relationship-builder (“hunter”) who can drive new opportunities. 👉 But we will also invest in a high-potential “client quarterback” who can organize, support, and grow into that role over time.
What You’ll Do
Build Relationships & Drive Opportunity
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and trade professionals
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
· Represent our brand in a polished, professional manner
Deliver a High-Touch Client Experience
· Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
· Ensure proactive communication
· Build trust with high-expectation clients
Support Sales & Project Development
· Partner with Senior Account Executives
· Assist with proposals and presentations
· Translate client needs into solutions
Coordinate & Drive Execution
· Collaborate with project managers and design teams
· Conduct site visits
· Track changes and documentation
Own Your Pipeline & Process
· Maintain CRM accuracy
· Provide pipeline updates
· Support marketing and outreach
Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to build a future in luxury environments, client relationships, and technology.
You might come from:
Residential AV / Smart Home / Automation
Luxury real estate or estate management
Interior design or high-end home furnishings
Architectural lighting (e.g., Lutron, Ketra)
Private services, concierge, or lifestyle management
High-end retail or client-facing luxury services
👉 You’re comfortable around high standards—and people who expect them.
What You Bring
· 3+ years client-facing experience in residential luxury goods & services
· Strong communication skills
· High organization and attention to detail
Bonus:
· AV or smart home experience
· Lutron, Crestron, Savant familiarity
· Project coordination exposure
· CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)

Compensation: $58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, plus commission
