    Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing business?

    An industry-leading company is seeking a dynamic Business Developer to expand their Commercial Landscape Services in the south Atlanta, GA market. The territory will specifically be from I-20 and south as this is an area with enormous growth.

    In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new commercial clients, including property managers, HOAs, and corporate campuses. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to pitch top-tier landscaping maintenance and sustainable enhancements services.

    Key responsibilities include prospecting, building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in landscaping, property services, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong network in the Atlanta commercial real estate market a plus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
