We help property owners extend the life of their roofs, save money, and protect their investments.

    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a motivated Community Outreach Business Development Representative to build local partnerships and drive growth across the Central Valley. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role ideal for a professional networker who thrives on meeting people, creating opportunities, and representing a respected local brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and community gatherings in Fresno, Clovis, and nearby cities.

    Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, real estate agents, and local business owners.

    Schedule and host lunch meetings or coffee meetups with decision makers to introduce Infinite Roofing Solutions’ services.

    Utilize LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach to connect with local commercial prospects.

    Build and maintain a personal event calendar and outreach plan to maximize visibility.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate local campaigns and promotional opportunities.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in business development, community relations, or networking-based sales.

    Strong understanding of roofing, construction, or general contracting (preferred).

    Professional communication skills with ability to present to executives and community leaders.

    Self-starter who can plan and execute their own schedule with minimal supervision.

    Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    Compensation

    Monthly stipend for expenses

    Commission on closed contracts (unlimited potential)
