Position : Business Development Consultant
Location : Long Island, Nassau & Queens Area

We pride ourselves on delivering excellence, and we are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to help us continue to expand and elevate our presence in the Long Island, Nassau, and Queens regions.
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow WindowRama’s client base in the target areas.
Increase market share by building an extensive book of business and increasing our geographic reach
Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key partners in the construction and home improvement sectors.
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive growth.
Represent the WindowRama brand at networking events, industry conferences, and local community events.
Provide market insights and feedback to help refine our product offerings and customer service approach.
Ensure a seamless client experience from initial consultation to project completion.
Use of your knowledge of window and door installation and service needs
Additional duties and projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in home improvement or construction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network of local industry contacts (preferred but not required).
Top performer with a winning attitude
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the Long Island, Nassau, and Queens markets is a plus.

Salary Benefits:
Potential earnings: $75,000 -$125,000 plus (salary plus commissions)
