Business Development Coordinator (Inside Sales) — Join a Team That Makes Homes Happier!

Midwest Marble Granite & Quartz, Olathe’s premier countertop provider, is on a mission—and it’s bigger than stone. Founded by a true industry craftsman, our company exists to give homeowners a joyful, seamless, and unforgettable experience as they transform their spaces.

Yes, we fabricate countertops. Yes, we install them beautifully. But our REAL job? Helping homeowners fall back in love with their homes—and helping designers, remodelers, and builders shine in the process.

While other companies are slowing down, we’re doing the opposite. We’re growing, expanding, and stepping confidently into the future. Our foot is on the gas, and we're looking for someone who’s ready to ride with us.

If you thrive in a fast‑paced, family‑style environment where everyone is accountable, supportive, and driven by shared success, keep reading. You might be exactly who we’re looking for.

And if you’re coachable, hard‑working, and hungry to learn—even if you don’t check every single box—we still encourage you to apply. We can teach skills. We can’t teach character.
