Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Coordinator to advance our mission. This is a field-based role centered on expanding our client base by cultivating high-value referral relationships. This role will focus on building and deepening partnerships primarily in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate thrives on networking, independent schedule management, and the challenge of driving growth through strategic local partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Development: Identify and maintain key referral sources within Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate and close new leads to expand our reach in the community.
Strategic Outreach: Conduct consistent outreach efforts, including cold calling and professional networking.
Community Engagement: Plan and attend community events to represent River Oaks Home Care and increase brand visibility.
Autonomy & Reporting: Manage your own daily schedule and outreach strategy while submitting daily and weekly performance reports.
Skills & Qualifications
Outreach Expert: Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach to medical professionals.
Relationship Builder: Strong networking skills with the ability to foster long-term, high-trust partnerships.
Effective Communicator: Confident in public speaking and articulating the value of our care services.
Driven & Resilient: A results-oriented, assertive mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally. Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance field work and reporting.
Requirements
Experience: Sales or marketing experience, or a degree in a relevant field.
Industry Knowledge: Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license (mileage is reimbursed).
Commitment: Full-time availability.
