Job Description: As a Business Development Coordinator at Shalom Family Care, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to grow our business and drive revenue. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our agency and, most importantly, the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
