    Location: Hybrid, Nashville, TN

    Summary: The Business Development Coordinator will offer key administrative and resource development to support the team in achieving financial and product donation goals. This role will support stewardship initiatives, fundraising and shoe drive campaigns, events, and maintaining excellent donor and partner relations.

    Success in this role demands exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with the team to align initiatives, share information & execute donor-facing activities
    • Manage intake of donor requests, ensuring all requests are received, tracked and responded to as appropriate
    • Regular data entry in coordination with the CP team on records, as well as reviewing and updating historical records in the CRM system
    • Monitor multiple inboxes and distribute information in a timely manner
    • Maintain and update the team SharePoint files
    • Track & coordinate local memberships, sponsorships and conferences
    • Administrative support including preparation and notes, developing impact reports, drafting presentations, collaborating with marketing to update donor facing materials
    • Work with internal stakeholders, including operations, marketing, outreach and financial partners
    • Support the planning and executing of outreach and donor events
    • Engage with existing supporters and assist in their execution of their donation drives (footwear/apparel or financial)
    • Perform other duties and projects assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs

    Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

    • Passion for the Soles4Souls mission & nurturing relationships.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a nonprofit organization. Prior business development experiences an asset.
    • Strong attention to details & the ability to show initiative and autonomy
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Good administrative and organizational skills
    • Must be comfortable engaging with supporters from all areas and levels.
    • Strong external and internal relationship management skills.
    • Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing nonprofit setting.
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite & CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot, Net Suite)
    • Comfortable working with AI technology.
    • Event planning experience preferred but not required.
    • Bilingual preferred (English and French).
    • Valid driver's license and active passport required.
    • Flexible hours to support position needs.
    • Lifting: The ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds if necessary.
    • Standing: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Walking: Walk or move around the work area as needed.
    • Bending and Stooping: Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch to access equipment or perform tasks.
    • Reaching: Reach overhead, horizontally, and down to access materials or equipment.
    • Work Environment: Be able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and be exposed to varying weather conditions if applicable.

    There may be times when you are working at our warehouse or in a capacity outside of your physical office space. Please note that these physical requirements are not exhaustive, and Soles4Souls may add additional job-related physical demands to these if the need arises:

    The base pay range for this position is: $50,000 - $55,000
