Responsibilities:
Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients
Schedule and lead first-time appointments to assess client needs
Build relationships with decision-makers and deliver tailored IT service proposals
Write quotes and negotiate contracts to close new business
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client goals
Represent the company at B2B networking events to generate leads
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales success (consultative or solution-based selling preferred)
Proven ability to prospect, generate appointments, and close deals
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A consultative, process-driven approach to selling
Resilience, motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits
Willingness to work on-site at the Norfolk office
