Business Development Executive (Entry-Level)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite for training; Hybrid post-training)

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a fresher or early-career professional with a background in any Bachelor’s programe.
- This role is ideal for someone who wants to launch their career in IT sales, client acquisition, and consulting business development.
- You’ll undergo 4–8 weeks of structured training, learning about our solutions, sales strategies, and market landscape.
- After successful training, you’ll start engaging with clients to sell IT consulting services, identify new opportunities, and help us grow our customer base.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and represent BuzzClan’s service offerings in AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation
- Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking
- Assist in building and nurturing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to tailor proposals and presentations
- Attend meetings, client visits, and industry events (up to 25% travel)
- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly reports
