    FASTSIGNS is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our presence in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets.

    This is not a retail sales position.

    We are looking for a professional relationship builder who enjoys meeting with business owners, facility managers, marketing teams, manufacturers, schools, healthcare organizations, and corporate decision-makers to identify opportunities and help solve visual communication challenges.

    What You'll Do

    Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development

    Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings

    Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts

    Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers

    Collaborate with our inside sales, design, production, and installation teams

    Present solutions that help clients improve branding, safety, efficiency, and customer experience

    Manage opportunities through our CRM system

    Achieve monthly sales activity and revenue goals

    What Success Looks Like

    Successful team members consistently:

    Conduct outbound prospecting activities daily

    Build strong relationships within the community

    Generate qualified meetings each week

    Maintain an active sales pipeline

    Grow both new and existing accounts

    Become trusted advisors to their customers

    Qualifications

    2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, account management, business development, or related experience preferred

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability

    Ability to manage time and priorities independently

    Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business

    CRM experience preferred

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Sign industry experience is NOT required.

    We provide extensive training on our products, services, and sales process.
