    At Qualicare Home Health, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in our community. We are currently seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the San Ramon/East Bay area.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources: physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers.

    Represent Qualicare at community events, networking functions, health fairs, and professional mixers.

    Conduct in-person visits and educational presentations to generate qualified referrals.

    Analyze referral trends and territory performance to refine sales strategies.

    Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral-to-admission experience.

    Compensation & Incentives

    Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience and local network strength) Commission: Will be further discussed in the interview

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales (Home Health, Hospice, or Senior Services strongly preferred)

    Established referral relationships in the East Bay region highly desirable

    Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

    Proficient in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
