    We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (2 - 4 years) to expand our US client base. This role is freelance for the first 3 months and transitions into full-time employment from Month 4 , based on performance.

    Role Overview

    You will manage the entire sales cycle : lead generation, outreach, discovery meetings, proposal submission, rate negotiation, and deal closure.

    Recruitment and delivery are handled by InksPage’s Offshore and Onsite team. Your responsibility is pure business development and revenue generation.

    Phase 1: Months 1 - 3

    Engagement Type: Freelance (Independent Contractor)
    Purpose: Evaluate performance, pipeline strength, and delivery collaboration before full-time conversion.

    Compensation (Months 1 - 3)

    • Monthly Retainer: USD 500 (paid only when monthly target is achieved)
    • Commission:

    a. 10% on billed revenue from US onsite contract staffing

    b. 8% on billed revenue from offshore India staffing

    c. 6% on permanent placement fees

    Minimum Monthly Sales Target (Months 1 - 3)

    • USD 15,000 billed revenue per month
    • Achieving targets in minimum 2 out of 3 months qualifies for full-time conversion

    KPI Expectations (Months 1 - 3)

    • 12 - 15 discovery meetings per month
    • 60 - 80 qualified leads per month
    • Lead -> meeting conversion: ~30%
    • Meeting -> deal conversion: ~8 - 12%
    • 4 - 6 active requisitions per month
    • Consistent monthly revenue generation

    Phase 2 – From Month 4 (Full-Time Employment)

    Conversion Condition: Achieve Phase-1 target (USD 15,000 revenue/month) in at least 2 out of 3 months.

    Full-Time Compensation (Month 4 Onward)

    • Gross Monthly Salary: USD 6,000 – 7,000
    • Commission:

    a) 4% on US onsite billed revenue

    b) 3% on offshore India billed revenue

    c) 2% on permanent placement fees

    • Additional Benefits:

    a) Health insurance contribution

    b) Monthly phone/internet allowance

    c) Paid Time Off

    d) Quarterly bonus based on revenue tier

    e) Annual performance bonus

    f) Growth path: BDE -> Sr. BDE -> Account Manager -> Regional Manager

    Monthly Revenue Target (From Month 4)

    • USD 24,000 billed revenue per month

    KPI Expectations (Month 4+)

    • 15 - 20 discovery meetings per month
    • 80 - 120 qualified leads per month
    • 6 - 10 active requisitions per month
    • 2 - 4 monthly closures (onsite + offshore mix)
    • Quarterly revenue target: USD 72,000
    • Annual revenue target: USD 288,000

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquiring new mid-size and enterprise clients for US IT staffing
    • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
    • Manage end-to-end sales cycle
    • Present InksPage’s onsite and offshore delivery models
    • Secure new job requirements and negotiate bill rates
    • Coordinate with India delivery team for candidate submissions
    • Maintain CRM, reporting, and weekly forecasting
    • Build strong long-term customer relationships

    Required Experience

    • 2 - 4 years in US IT staffing business development
    • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition
    • Strong knowledge of contract staffing, offshore staffing, and perm hiring
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable working US time zones
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

    • First client closed within 45 - 60 days
    • Consistent monthly pipeline growth
    • Delivering Phase-1 revenue expectations
    • Strong partnership with India delivery team
