Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive with a strong background in facility maintenance to lead business development efforts and secure large, multi-site corporate and institutional clients. This role is not about small local accounts — it’s about bringing in major, high-value relationships that can scale across regions. This is a hybrid role, with preference for candidates based in NY, NJ, CT, or PA.
The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced sales leader with deep roots in the facility maintenance industry. You bring a strong network, know how to navigate procurement processes, and have a proven record of closing complex deals. You’re ready to take a successful regional company and help elevate it to a national level.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and win large-scale commercial and residential clients with multi-site needs
Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects
Lead all phases of the sales process from outreach to closing
Collaborate internally to create tailored proposals and service packages
Travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
5–10 years of business development experience in facility maintenance
Demonstrated success closing large, multi-property deals
Strong relationships with decision-makers in relevant industries
Based in NY/NJ/CT/PA (required or strongly preferred)
Willingness to travel as needed
