This is not a "desk job"—it is a high-stakes, high-reward role designed for someone who can build trust rapidly and close the deal.

    Responsibilities:

Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate key "Centers of Influence" (COIs), specifically local insurance agencies and large-scale property management firms.

Plumbing Referral Program: Build and manage a network of plumbing contractors to become their primary "first responder" for water damage leads.

Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent presence at industry events and trade shows to keep our brand top-of-mind.

The Close: Educate partners on our restoration process and secure the "first right of refusal" on all emergency claims.

Accountability: Utilize CRM software daily to track outreach efforts, lead conversion, and project status.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    Strong verbal and written communications

    Strategic thinking and planning

    CRM or lead tracking software

    Strong organizational skills

Exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office

Experience: 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in restoration, construction, or insurance.

The "Closer" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn a "no" into a partnership through persistence and value-based selling.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Xactimate or restoration project lifecycles is a plus.

Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; must be comfortable talking in front of a group of decision makers.

Paul Davis is an equal opportunity employer.
