What You’ll Do

Build and manage commercial client relationships

Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Manage a pipeline of commercial and property management accounts

Coordinate vendor onboarding processes

Partner with operations to ensure excellent customer experience

Grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet

Track sales activity and pipeline updates in CRM

What We’re Looking For

Required

2+ years of B2B sales experience

Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred

Experience in plumbing, facilities, home services, construction, or trades

Experience working with property management or facilities teams

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceTitan
