    Job Description

    We are looking to hire 5-6 Community Outreach Associates immediately, and we are offering competitive pay, classroom-style training, and an incredible growth opportunity. There is an urgent need for home security systems while the majority of people and families bunker in, which is why we have partnered with SafeStreets and ADT as essential businesses during this critical time.

     

    As the Community Outreach Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with local community members and explaining the value and impact of these Life Safety and peace of mind products can have. You are responsible for generating interest in one of ADT’s free products and helping connect the customer to ADT’s premier lead provider, StateStreets. We are looking for an individual that is able to build quick, genuine relationships and is passionate about giving back and helping the community during this difficult time.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Engage prospective customers in the local community, educating them about ADT’s product offering and connecting them to an authorized StateStreet’s Sales Manager

    • Drive a high level of self-generated lead activity through referrals and networking activities

    • Collaborate with team members and the Customer Service and Sales Department to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach methods

    • Deliver an exceptional brand experience throughout the full sales cycle, as well as continuing to offer support even after installation

    • Actively contribute to a positive, healthy work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships amongst the team

     

    What We Are Looking For:

    • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or a Business or Technology-related field is preferred

    • Must have 1-2 years of customer service, sales, outreach, marketing, or any other applicable experience

    • Professional, trustworthy, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with customer, team members, and clients

    • Entrepreneurial-minded with intense self-motivation

    • Highly attentive, keen listener, and exceptional time management skills

    • Possess a strong sense of community and team culture
