    As we enter a transition period—with one senior advisor retiring and leadership evolving over the next 5–7 years—we are focused on expanding our reach, deepening client relationships, and building a scalable growth engine for the future.

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a Business Development & Growth Associate to play a key role in driving new client acquisition and modernizing our prospecting efforts. This will be a full time, in-office position, in our Marlton, NJ location.

    This is not a traditional marketing role. This position is focused on:

    • Generating qualified leads
    • Supporting advisor-driven business development
    • Building scalable prospecting systems

    You will work closely with our advisors and alongside our long-tenured Marketing Director, who will continue to lead client communications, events, and internal marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development & Lead Generation

    • Identify and develop new client acquisition opportunities
    • Build and manage prospect pipelines (individuals, families, COIs)
    • Support advisors in converting prospects into long-term clients
    • Develop referral strategies and centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)

    Marketing & Growth Strategy

    • Execute outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns
    • Optimize digital presence (LinkedIn, email outreach, website funnels)
    • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
    • Implement systems to create a repeatable growth process

    Brand & Prospect Engagement

    • Help position the firm as a modern, next-generation advisory practice
    • Assist in creating content targeted toward emerging wealth clients
    • Support follow-up strategies for prospects and event attendees

    Collaboration & Execution

    • Partner with advisors on growth initiatives and niche targeting
    • Collaborate with Marketing Director on brand consistency and messaging
    • Help bridge traditional relationship-based growth with digital strategy

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–6 years experience in business development, sales, or growth marketing
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Self-starter mentality with a focus on measurable results
    • Interest in wealth management and financial planning
    • Experience with CRM systems (Redtail, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
