We’re hiring a Business Development Representative who doesn’t just want to sell a proven service—they want to help shape and grow it. You’ll have direct input into messaging, positioning, and sales strategy, working closely with leadership as we build out this arm of the business.
With thousands of leads already in our system, plus a large base of current clients, you’ll have resources to work from while focusing75% on new outreach and 25% on existing clients to expand their services. You’ll hit the ground running with support, training, and a respected brand behind you.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell HR and payroll services to law firms nationwide
- Focus 75% of efforts on generating new business, 25% on expanding current client relationships
- Call and email leads already in our system
- Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales pitch and customer onboarding experience
- Present tailored solutions that address each client’s unique HR needs
- Coordinate handoffs and assist with early-stage onboarding
- Maintain clean, consistent documentation in our CRM and ATS
Compensation:
- $60,000 annual recoverable draw ($5,000/month)
- Commission on onboarding fees and recurring revenue
- First-year earning potential: $85,000 to $120,000+
- Ongoing residual commissions for retained clients
- No cap on earnings

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (HR, payroll, benefits, SaaS preferred)
- Experience selling into professional services firms (especially legal) is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to help develop something new
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to close
- Located in TX, FL, MD, ID, or NY (not hiring in California)
