    We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized Business Development Hunter and project Coordinator to join our paving division. You will be in charge of scheduling and coordinating paving jobs, including customer service, as well as lead sourcing, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration for the division, and ensure we comply with all required project permits. Our team is excited to welcome an energetic go-getter with an ambition to grow in the company. Responsibilities: • Permitting with villages and scheduling paving projects with clients • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress. • Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities by identifying high-perfect fit leads. • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement business plans for the paving division. • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain project alignment. Qualifications: • Experience in project coordination within the property management or commercial RE industry. • Extremely outgoing, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone, exuding a bubbly, confident energy that keeps prospects engaged and excited about the conversation. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Strong organizational skills to process and maintain internal documents and records. • Experience in coordinating and scheduling projects to ensure timely completion. • Ability to facilitate communication between clients and internal teams effectively and efficiently. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
