Job Title: Business Development (BD) Specialist

Clearance Level Required: Secret.

Location: Huntsville, AL (On-sIte)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) Specialist to support expanding opportunities with the FBI and U.S. Space Force. The ideal candidate will bring deep familiarity with federal acquisition environments, particularly within USSOCOM and/or the U.S. Army, and possess a strong professional network across Fort Meade, FL, and Huntsville, AL. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive BD activities for FBI, Space Force, and other DoD-related opportunities.

Develop and execute capture strategies for new and emerging federal programs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, primes, and industry partners.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.

Support proposal development, including win themes, teaming strategies, and technical alignment.

Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and on-site engagements at Fort Meade and Huntsville.

Provide regular BD pipeline updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance (or higher).

Proven track record of business development or capture in federal/DoD markets.

Strong understanding of federal procurement, especially within FBI, Space Force, and/or defense agencies.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

Prior experience working directly with USSOCOM or the U.S. Army.

Established professional network within DoD, intelligence community, and related defense organizations.
