What You’ll Do

Generate leads and bring in new restoration jobs

Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, property owners, and property managers

Attend local networking events and industry functions

Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools

Work closely with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of sales or business development experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Motivated, independent, and goal-driven

Understanding of restoration, insurance, or property management is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
