Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.

Identify and engage potential clients in need of water damage restoration services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent Drytech Restoration.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

Plumbing sales experience will be prioritized; bring your contacts and network! Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.

Strong understanding of water damage restoration processes and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
