DUTIES:

• The Strategic Planning Specialist directs a diverse range of strategic planning, quality assurance, quality improvement, and
• programmatic activities using the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology. Under Quality Management supervision, this position is responsible for
• planning and organizing the facilitation of strategic planning processes by developing plans, analyzing data, and aligning goals to achieve the
• agency’s objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of experience
• required at the lower-level Strategic Planning Spec 1 (GSP100) or position equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preference will be given to applicants with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management,
• Economics, Administration or Finance. Prefer 3 years’ experience in areas of strategic planning and quality improvement. Comprehensive
• knowledge of quality improvement philosophy, methodologies, applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office application and data analysis tools.
• Communication skills (Bilingual – Spanish preferred).
