    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our Actionable Insights value stream, with a primary focus on generating leads and driving adoption of our innovative Contour solution suite. This role combines strategic business development, relationship building, and collaborative sales execution to expand our market presence and establish key data partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Market Development

    • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for the Contour solution suite
    • Research and target potential clients within the Actionable Insights market segment
    • Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels
    • Maintain and expand pipeline of qualified prospects

    Sales Collaboration & Deal Closure

    • Partner closely with sales teams to pursue and convert qualified leads
    • Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings
    • Contribute to proposal development and contract negotiations
    • Drive deals through the sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure

    Strategic Partnership Development

    • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential data partners to enhance our value proposition
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborative opportunities
    • Develop strategic alliances that complement our Contour solution offerings

    Market Intelligence & Strategy

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
    • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market insights
    • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for the Actionable Insights value stream
    • Track and report on business development metrics and performance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles
    • Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
    • Experience in technology, data analytics, or SaaS environments preferred
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
