Business Development Manager - Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, build relationships, and drive new revenue in our Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Divisions. The Role: This is a front-line, revenue-generating position. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for: • Grounds maintenance contracts • Landscaping installations enhancements • HOA multi-family community services • Commercial property maintenance programs • Snow Services You will work closely with ownership and operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service. Responsibilities: • Prospect and develop new Commercial, HOA, and Multi-Family accounts • Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, board members, and developers • Conduct site walks and needs assessments • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service programs • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and activity reports • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Proven sales experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, property services, construction, or facilities services • Strong communicator with confidence in front of property managers and decision-makers • Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to win • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building • Knowledge of commercial landscaping or property maintenance is REQUIRED Compensation: $100,000+
