    usiness Development Manager (B2B Signage & Graphics) Location: Indianapolis, IN (North Indy) Compensation: $45,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $90K–$120K+)

    About Us

    We are a commercial signage and large-format graphics company serving businesses across Central Indiana. Our work includes vehicle wraps, wall graphics, exterior signage, trade show displays, and more.

    We are rebuilding and growing—and we’re looking for a true business development professional to help drive that growth.

    The Role

    This is a hunter role. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound efforts, relationship building, and closing deals.

    This is not a role for someone who waits on inbound leads. Success here comes from creating opportunities and consistently building a pipeline.

    Compensation

    Base Salary: $45,000

    Commission (uncapped, paid on collected revenue):

    5% of revenue generated after $10,000

    7% of revenue generated once monthly revenue exceeds $40,000

    Margin Protection Policy

    Full commission (5% / 7%) paid on jobs with ≥ 65% gross margin

    Reduced commission on lower-margin jobs:

    3% commission on jobs with 40%–64% gross margin

    Minimum margin requirement:

    Jobs below 40% gross margin are not eligible for commission

    Exceptions require prior manager approval

    What You’ll Do

    Prospect daily through calls, emails, and in-person visits

    Build and manage a pipeline of local B2B clients

    Identify and close opportunities in:

    Commercial real estate

    Property management

    Construction and development

    Retail and multi-location businesses

    Events and trade shows

    Meet with clients, understand needs, and propose solutions

    Work closely with internal production and installation teams

    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred

    Proven ability to generate your own leads

    Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection

    Strong communication and follow-up skills

    Self-motivated and accountable

    Bonus if you’ve sold:

    Commercial printing or signage

    Uniforms (Cintas, Aramark)

    Facility or recurring B2B services

    What Success Looks Like

    First 60 days: Build pipeline, learn products, heavy outbound activity

    90 days+: Consistent quoting and closing

    Ongoing: Generate $40K+ per month in revenue and build repeat business
