Sales – Business Development Manager (Home Healthcare)
Salary Range: $80,000–$115,000 (based on experience)

BrightStar Care of Greater Chester County is currently seeking a results-driven Sales – Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our non-Medicare, Joint Commission–accredited home healthcare and medical staffing agency. Our organization delivers comprehensive in-home care services, including skilled nursing and medical staffing solutions.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, territory development, and closing business in the healthcare space.
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation includes base salary plus quarterly performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities
Develop and generate referral relationships across key verticals including:
Healthcare facilities
Physicians and clinics
Hospitals and eldercare communities
Drive sales for both private-duty home care and medical staffing services
Create and execute marketing plans for new and existing territories
Build and maintain relationships with key national account partners
Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community outreach activities
Meet or exceed established sales targets
Identify, develop, and participate in community-based marketing opportunities
Establish strong working relationships with healthcare professionals within the territory
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
Proven ability to generate leads, build referral relationships, and manage a sales territory
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with closing and directly asking for business
Working knowledge of healthcare in both in-home and institutional settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
