    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and promote our safety services within the construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and qualify new business opportunities within targeted markets.

    Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the firm’s client portfolio.

    Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, engineering firms, and project owners.

    Present the company’s services and value propositions to prospective clients.

    Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.

    Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to increase visibility.

    Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

    Collaborate with project managers and marketing to coordinate outreach and support proposals.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

    3+ years of business development/sales experience in the construction, safety, or related industry.

    Proven success in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

    Strong network of contacts within the construction and industrial sectors.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship-building.

    Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
