    Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary + commission

    Position Description:

     We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Dallas, Texas, to lead growth initiatives and drive referral partnerships focusing on building strong community relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving admissions and census growth targets. This full-time, in-person position (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm) 

    Qualifications of the Business Development Manager:

    • 2+ years in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development, preferably in SNF, home health, hospice, or assisted living.
    • Strong network within Dallas-area hospitals and healthcare systems is a big plus (e.g., Baylor Scott & White, UT Southwestern, Methodist).
    • Professional, engaging, and persuasive communication style.
    • Ability to self-direct, manage territory, and meet performance metrics.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel.
    • CRM experience preferred

    Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

    • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabs, case managers, and senior living communities in the DFW region.

    • Promote SNF services (short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care) through outreach and on-site visits.

    • Participate in community events and facility tours to strengthen visibility.

    • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads with timely follow-up and conversion.

    • Partner with admissions, nursing, and marketing teams to streamline the referral-to-admission process.

    • Achieve or exceed monthly admissions and census growth targets.
