About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and high-volume cold calling
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to present IT staffing and executive search solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and networking
- Leverage client meetings, lunches, and industry events to strengthen partnerships
- Prepare and present client proposals and service solutions
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and overall fit
- Stay connected within the industry to generate referrals and market insight
- Partner with internal leadership to develop account strategies and maximize client satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity goals
- Negotiate compensation packages, employment terms, and offer details with candidates
- Manage onboarding processes including references, background checks, and screenings
- Oversee contract employees throughout their assignments to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven success in outside sales, account management, or IT staffing
- Strong track record of generating new business through cold calling and prospecting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including comfort with in-person meetings and client entertainment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly competitive, results-driven mindset
- Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
