    About the Opportunity

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and high-volume cold calling
    • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to present IT staffing and executive search solutions
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and networking
    • Leverage client meetings, lunches, and industry events to strengthen partnerships
    • Prepare and present client proposals and service solutions
    • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and overall fit
    • Stay connected within the industry to generate referrals and market insight
    • Partner with internal leadership to develop account strategies and maximize client satisfaction
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity goals
    • Negotiate compensation packages, employment terms, and offer details with candidates
    • Manage onboarding processes including references, background checks, and screenings
    • Oversee contract employees throughout their assignments to ensure successful delivery

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or IT staffing
    • Strong track record of generating new business through cold calling and prospecting
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
    • Excellent relationship-building skills, including comfort with in-person meetings and client entertainment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly competitive, results-driven mindset
    • Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
