Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking skills and a passion for sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential flooring markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and property managers.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
Represent Oakline Floors at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Work with sales teams and account managers to prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (flooring or construction industry preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
