Business Development Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Fredericksburg, TX
Our client is a GC and land development firm serving central and west Texas since 2009. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional construction services rooted in their founding principles. They are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations, and delivering the highest standard of service in the construction industry. Their team of seasoned professionals offers a comprehensive range of services including General Contracting, Construction Management, Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), and Design Build for commercial, industrial, retail, and government projects.
Due to consistent growth they are looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team to enhance their presence in the state and build a proactive approach.
Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and industry events
Build lasting relationships with developers, architects, and other key partners
Collaborate with our leadership team to shape and drive business development strategy
Help craft winning proposals and lead RFP responses
Represent company at events and promote their work across platforms
Track your pipeline and share insights that help us grow smarter
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development or sales (construction experience preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
