We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our mortgage lending business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners (e.g., real estate agents, brokers, developers), and driving mortgage sales through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the mortgage industry, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, increasing loan origination volumes, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the mortgage process. Responsibilities: Drive Mortgage Sales Growth • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase mortgage loan origination volume. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and Manage Partnerships • Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders, developers, and referral partners. • Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads. Client Relationship Management • Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients and partners throughout the mortgage process. • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from application to settlement. Qualifications: Skills: • Excellent sales, negotiation, and networking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets. • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently. • Proficient in CRM tools , Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales platforms. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
