Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the Colorado market. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry professionals, ensuring a strong network within the mortgage industry. • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhancing our brand's visibility. • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our company and build lasting professional connections. • Execute a comprehensive follow-up plan to maintain engagement with potential and existing clients. • Set up and coordinate appointments for the Branch Manager, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business development strategies. Qualifications: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to a varied workload. • Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized. • Motivated by income potential and financially driven. • Competitive mindset. • Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly. • Exceptional networker and relationship builder. • Positive attitude and energy when representing the team, brand, and reputation. • Creative and outside-of-the-box thinker who can bring new ideas to the table. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + bonus
