    Our client, a global leader in functional and branded nutraceutical ingredients, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across the East Coast region. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven commercial leader to expand market presence, strengthen key partnerships, and drive revenue in a competitive and rapidly evolving category.

    As a pivotal member of the commercial leadership team, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building strategic relationships with major accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing a regional growth strategy aligned with the company’s broader global objectives.

    **This is a remote position; This person must live on the East Coast.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic growth across the East Coast by developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
    • Strengthen key relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering customized ingredient solutions that drive customer success.
    • Identify and capture new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, emerging segments, and competitive dynamics.
    • Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and key industry events to enhance visibility and market leadership.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with business priorities.
    • Provide leadership insights through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and accurate sales forecasting.
    • Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and report outcomes to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field preferred.
    • 7–10 years of success in supplier/distributor sales of branded nutraceutical ingredients or in a CDMO/CMO environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead business development efforts and consistently deliver revenue growth.
    • Established network of relationships within East Coast nutraceutical brands and contract manufacturers.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Highly organized, analytical, and self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites, trade shows, and key events.

    Compensation: $175,000- $200,000 plus Commission
