    The Partnership Manager designs, builds, and manages B2B partnerships with local referral sources (local law firms, medical providers like chiropractors, autobody shops, local businesses, and more to deliver profitable growth and enhanced customer service by optimizing new channels for incoming and outbound referral business. This role is critical in achieving our growth objectives and enhancing our market presence. Salary: Can exceed 6 figures in the first year with performance-based incentives. Base salary is $5,416.66 per month ($65,000 annually, base plus performance incentives can exceed 6 figures in the first year) Responsibilities: Partnership Development and Management: • Identify and pursue strategic B2B partnerships with local law firms, medical providers like chiropractors, autobody shops, and local businesses. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners. • Create and execute ongoing business development and brand awareness strategies targeting specific sectors. Marketing and Promotional Activities: • Design, order, and manage promotional materials for referral partners. • Develop unique marketing programs tailored to various customer categories and selling platforms. • Implement call campaigns using business intelligence to identify new areas of opportunity. Sales and Business Development: • Meet sales and activity performance goals, including maintaining pipeline reports by opportunity. • Promote collaboration with partner sales teams through direct communications, face-to-face or virtual meetings. • Implement competitive strategies to drive referral partnerships and merchandising efforts. Performance Tracking and Reporting: • Track, measure, and report the success of campaigns. • Communicate monthly summaries of wins, losses, and new opportunities to management. • Present information to the Executive team and intake team during Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews. CRM Management: • Build and update accounts in the Airtable database with new leads and contacts to populate touchpoint campaigns. • Regularly update and clean the CRM database. Client Engagement: • Utilize calls, emails, social media, marketing, and automated systems to contact engaged prospects. • Schedule exploratory meetings between potential clients and Sales Executives. Strategic Planning: • Define and own an overall partnership strategy. • Work collaboratively across teams inside Howell LLP. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a directly related field. • 4+ years of business development, enterprise sales, and account management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of the legal industry and related services (interlock companies, treatment programs) is preferred. • Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. • Ability to think and work creatively to develop unique joint value propositions for prospects. • Passion for Howell LLP's core mission and values: Honesty, Compassion, and Results. Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
