    Company Overview

    We are a growing technology staffing and consulting firm expanding our presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager with experience selling IT staffing and technology solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.

    Position Overview

    This role is designed for a true technology sales producer—someone who understands how to build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and technology leaders, and consistently generates new business.

    You will have the autonomy, delivery support, and compensation structure to build a high-value book of business in one of the fastest-growing sectors in staffing.

    What You’ll Do

    Generate new business within IT and technology organizations through strategic prospecting and networking

    Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and hiring managers

    Drive new client acquisition and build a sustainable book of business

    Sell IT staffing and consulting solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements

    Partner with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality technology talent

    Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through client partnership

    Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet or exceed revenue targets

    Stay informed on technology market trends, hiring needs, and competitive landscape

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven success in staffing, recruiting, or professional services business development

    Demonstrated track record of generating $200K+ in annual revenue or managing high-value client relationships

    Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new client relationships

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven

    Ability to work independently and operate with urgency

    Preferred Background

    5+ years of IT staffing or technology services business development experience

    Proven track record of generating $200K+ in annual revenue or building a successful client portfolio

    Strong network within the Dallas-Fort Worth technology market

    Experience selling contract staffing, consulting, or project-based IT solutions

    Hunter mentality with consistent new client acquisition success

    Compensation and Incentives

    Base salary: $70,000 – $100,000

    Uncapped commission structure with no earnings ceiling

    On-target earnings: $150,000 – $250,000+

    Top performers have the ability to significantly exceed OTE
