Business Development Manager
As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who leads by example and is passionate about empowering our Community Liaisons and improving our company's presence.
The Client: Our client is a growing Healthcare organization based in Florida that offers its employees a great work/life balance, top-rated management, and a low turnover rate.
The Position: We're seeking a goal-driven sales leader in Florida that will contribute to driving top-line revenue by maximizing revenue opportunities, increasing patient referrals, and strengthening patient loyalty through improved services and patient experience, with the ultimate goal of maximizing EBITDA. We are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary
- Very Lucrative Production Bonus (Up to $100K Bonus)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share, increase revenue, and expand the customer base.
- Sales Team Leadership: Oversee all employees in a Community Liaison role, excluding contracted external entities like marketing companies. They manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential and meet company goals, sales metrics, and KPIs. Ensure CL compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and deliver excellent customer service, which is vital for long-term success.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to upper management to support decision-making.
- Training: Create and implement new hire, annual, and ad-hoc sales training programs.
- Recruiting: Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify and select suitable CL candidates, including assisting with sourcing.
- Networking: Stay informed about developments within the Personal Injury industry and develop relationships with other providers to assist in case management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred
- Personal Injury experience a plus, but not required
