Now Hiring: Business Development Manager – B2B Facility Services Atlanta, GA Base Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE (On-Target Earnings): $135K – $180K+
Our growing facility services company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the Atlanta market. This role focuses on developing strong relationships and securing commercial janitorial and facility service contracts with property managers, commercial office buildings, and multi-site portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Atlanta market • Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, and commercial property owners • Present customized janitorial and facility service solutions tailored to client needs • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth targets • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Target Clients
This role focuses on developing relationships and securing service contracts with:
• Commercial office buildings • Property management companies • Multifamily communities • Corporate facilities • Retail and mixed-use developments • Multi-site commercial portfolios
Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in janitorial services, facility services, or property services ✔ Proven ability to generate and close commercial service contracts ✔ Experience working with property managers or commercial real estate firms ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ✔ Self-motivated with strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities
