Monthly Responsibilities: • Prepare reports summarizing marketing activities and results for upper management. • Attend team meetings to discuss strategies and brainstorm new ideas. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as influencers and media contacts. • Develop long-term marketing plans and strategies to support the brand's growth and success. • Participate in company events and conferences to represent the brand and network with industry professionals. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Experience in brand management, marketing, or sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. Key Performance Indicators • One social media post per week • 20 gas calls a month Compensation: $50,000
