    • Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager who will lead efforts to acquire new commercial maintenance clients, expand enhancement revenue, and drive long-term growth across landscape maintenance, snow removal, and construction services. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-focused professional with experience in contract sales and solution-based selling.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, pursue, and secure new maintenance contracts with commercial and institutional clients.
    • Prospect and close enhancement work with both new and existing customers.
    • Conduct sales presentations and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
    • Collaborate with operations and account management to ensure seamless handoffs and service delivery.
    • Leverage bidding and measuring software to produce accurate, competitive proposals.
    • Maintain detailed sales records, pipeline activity, and customer data within the CRM.
    • Participate in marketing efforts, association memberships, and industry committees to support brand visibility.
    • Contribute to campaign development for maintenance, snow, and construction services.
    • Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly planning sessions with project and construction managers.
    • Support account and operations teams in-office with day-to-day sales-related needs.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of business development experience in landscape maintenance, facility services, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of contract sales cycles and enhancement project scoping.
    • Proficient in CRM platforms and estimating software (training provided if needed).
    • Comfortable engaging with executives, property managers, and facilities teams.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work extended hours as needed during seasonal peaks.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 100k/year plus commission and full benefits.
