    Lee & Cates Surface CPR is a painting, protective coatings, exterior cleaning, and waterproofing division of Lee & Cates Glass. Lee & Cates Glass is a 99 year old glass and glazing company that consists of Lee & Cates Surface CPR, 7 retail glass shops, a contract glazing division, a specialties project division, and a sister company that is a wholesale glass and fabrication company operating under the name Flat Glass Distributors. Lee & Cates Glass is one of the oldest and largest glass companies on the east coast and has a footprint throughout southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida. Lee & Cates Glass is a family, locally owned and operated company.

    Lee & Cates Surface CPR is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager currently operating in the Northeast Florida area. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with HOA representatives, general contractors, and/or property managers. The position reports to the General Manager.

    Primary role is to drive company growth and profitability through increasing sales volume. Sales tools such as cold calling, strategic partnerships, and market research and analysis will be used to expand the companies influence on the First Coast.

    Responsibilities:

    · Research of ideal prospective accounts

    · Developing processes and tactics to access decision makers

    · Negotiating pricing of projects as needed

    · Articulate sales pipeline and barriers to closure

    · Assisting with creating sales proposals and quotes

    · Build relationships through networking events and professional associations

    · Grow profitable sales for the company

    · Willing to learn the companies services, industry, and competitors

    · Assist with developing systems that remove pain points for customers

    · Build strong relationship with customers and a fruitful referral network

    · Work with internal and external marketing team to develop a consistent message

    · Maintain sales notes and information through a field sales platform
