    Position Background: KYT Technology Inc. is expanding its self-operated international logistics business in the United States (independent from overseas warehouse operations). To strengthen supplier network development and business expansion, the company plans to introduce a Business Development Manager with extensive industry resources and hands-on experience.

    Direct Report: Group President

    Key Responsibilities:

    Represent the company at international and North American logistics and supply chain trade shows, identify potential clients, and establish and maintain partnerships with key suppliers (such as trucking companies, customs brokers, and clearance agents).

    Proactively develop, screen, and onboard high-quality supplier resources to ensure service quality, pricing competitiveness, and operational stability.

    Collaborate closely with the domestic headquarters and U.S. team to design and implement supplier development plans and business expansion strategies.

    Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, conduct regular performance evaluations and negotiations, and optimize service costs and efficiency.

    Provide supply chain and transportation resource support to the sales team, ensuring customer needs are met quickly and effectively.

    Candidate Profile:

    Chinese background, with native-level Mandarin and fluent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for seamless communication across China and the U.S.

    Over 10 years of experience in the international logistics industry, preferably in supplier management, capacity procurement, or business development roles at leading logistics companies.

    Possesses high-quality supplier resources in North American trucking, customs clearance, and brokerage, with the ability to directly integrate them into the company.

    Results-oriented personality with strong business negotiation skills, market awareness, and relationship management capabilities; able to adapt to frequent client visits and trade show travel.

    Location: Preferably California; travel required.
