Responsibilities: • Networking, networking, networking - Implement the business development strategic plan and modify as needed to obtain desired results. • Foster closer relationships with existing referral sources and create new opportunities for referrals in new/different sources. • Document success and next steps in the CRM system. • Coordinate with Sales & Account Reps, addressing the areas that might provide the best results. • Present Moyer products to varying size groups from small / elevator speeches to large audiences. Qualifications: • Experience networking with older adults, communities providing services to older adults. • Experience networking with other referral sources, including realtors, estate attorneys, life care managers, placement companies, and more. • Understanding of the moving and move management industry is a bonus. • Previous experience in networking highly desirable. • Must have good transportation. • Self-motivated. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
