    In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, securing, and nurturing new opportunities to drive our sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Channel Identification: Proactively seek and evaluate potential new sales channels, including large retail chains, online platforms, and other strategic partners. Develop and implement strategies to engage and convert these opportunities.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with prospective partners. Lead negotiations and finalize agreements to ensure alignment with our business objectives and expand our market reach.
    • Market Penetration: Identify and analyze market gaps and opportunities within potential channels. Craft tailored strategies to effectively enter and capture these markets, driving significant sales growth.
    • Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure new channels are integrated smoothly and align with overall company goals.
    • Performance Management: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of new channels. Provide regular updates and actionable insights to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Continuously seek innovative approaches to enhance channel strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Drive Business Expansion: Play a critical role in expanding our market presence by establishing and leveraging new sales channels, contributing directly to revenue growth.
    • Enhance Distribution: Strengthen our distribution network through successful partnerships and strategic channel development.
    • Influence Growth Strategy: Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations that shape the company’s approach to channel development and overall business strategy.
